we can legally ship ALL CONSUMER fireworks anywhere in the United States.
It is your responsibility to get proper local approval.
We currently ship to all but the following states:
CA, DE, HI, MA, ME, NJ, NY, OR, RI, and Washington D.C.
AZ is now legal to ship!
